“Very disappointing experience. I bought two Veg Cheese Frankies and one Cheese Puff, and all of them were stale. It honestly felt like they were made days ago and just reheated. The food was soaked in oil and had a sour (“khati”) smell. After taking one bite, we couldn’t eat any of it and had to throw everything in the dustbin. I don’t mind paying for good food, but at the very least it should be fresh. This was a complete waste of money and a really bad experience. I won’t be visiting again, and I hope the management takes food quality and freshness more seriously.”

“I am very disappointed with my experience. We bought a hazelnut cake for my friend's birthday, but it tasted sour and seemed spoiled. It even had a strange taste, almost as if alcohol had been added. After eating the cake, one of my friends started experiencing stomach pain. This was unacceptable for a birthday celebration. I hope you look into your quality control and food freshness to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.”
