“I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I placed my order on 25th May for an event scheduled on 14th and 15th June. Despite placing the order well in advance, I only received a confirmation on 30th May that the order would be taken. After that, there was a prolonged delay in communication, and I was only asked for the cake flavors on 5th June. Once I confirmed the flavors, there was absolutely no response from her side. On 13th June, I had to personally call her for order confirmation and requested her UPI ID so I could make the payment. During the call, she confirmed that the order was accepted, but she still did not share the payment details. The only thing I received afterward was a form, which I filled out and submitted on the very same day. Shockingly, after all this, she informed me that she would not be able to make the cake for 14th June, despite the fact that I had placed the order almost a month in advance and was ready to make the full payment immediately. She never shared her UPI details, never communicated properly, and left me without any solution just one day before my event. I even informed her that I was willing to pay extra due to the urgency of the situation, but she still chose not to respond. Since then, my calls and messages have been completely ignored. This was my first time ordering from her, and the entire experience was highly unprofessional. The lack of communication, delayed responses, and last-minute cancellation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before placing an order. Based on my experience, there is a risk that your order may be cancelled at the last moment, leaving you helpless during an important event. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have encountered.”
