“Very good cafe”

“Very disappointing experience at Cafe Post Shop. We ordered Maggi and it took more than 20 minutes to prepare, yet we were patiently waiting. Because it was extremely hot, we politely requested them to turn on the cooler. First they said “okay,” but even after waiting 5 more minutes nothing happened. When we asked again, they suddenly said the cooler had a problem. The strange part is that we were sitting there almost an hour before the stall opened, and during that time they had turned the cooler on once for around 5 minutes. When we mentioned this, they said they were “just checking” it. If they didn’t want to switch it on, they could have simply said no instead of giving excuses. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Poor service, long waiting time, and no proper customer handling. In this heat, I would definitely not recommend visiting this place. Very worst experience.”
