“We threw a 17 people party here on last Sunday. We were assured of good food and excellent service as it was my parents 41st wedding anniversary. But the party turned into a disaster and extremely embarrassing infront of all the guests. The food quality and the dessert qualities were horrible. The rabdi was more like lassi, the nonveg food seemed stale..but worst of all was the service. Inspite of telling many times that the party comprises of senior citizens and will need serving and we were assured it will be provided, it was not provided at all. The senior citizens were left hungry and frustrated. The restaurant was obviously short of staff and there was neither any friendliness nor any warmth inspite of the occassion while serving. Why is good service promised when they know they are not going to provide at all? Was also assured after paying a hefty bill of 35k such a horrible and torrid experience was infuriating. I not being in town had requested a small cake to be provided given the occasion and I was told but even that didn't happen. This is a restaurant which only fools and frauds customers and i would tell everyone to totally avoid it. I was fleeced of money shamelessly and frauded completely and with a straight face.”

“I was pleasantly surprised to find a Marriott establishment in Maninagar, but unfortunately, the experience was a huge letdown. I visited with my wife and our 1-year-old child, and the service was genuinely terrible. The biggest issue was the treatment from the staff. It felt like we were being treated differently specifically because we booked through a dining app. I have used Swiggy and Dineout at many other places and never felt this kind of discrimination, but here, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. The details of our visit: Cold Food: Everything served to us, including the soup, was cold. Long Delays: It took an unreasonable amount of time for the staff to bring our orders. Service & Dignity: When we raised concerns, the EazyDiner agent tried to offer a higher discount (moving from 20% to 30%), but this isn't about the money-it’s about dignity. A discount doesn't make up for being treated poorly or ignored. Despite the recommendations I had heard, this was a very weird and upsetting experience. A brand like Marriott should maintain its standards regardless of how a guest books their table. I hope the management takes note of this and improves their hospitality toward families. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for respectful service.”
