“Very disappointing experience. We ordered through Swiggy, and the burgers were inconsistent-some had no sauce at all, while others had so little sauce that it was barely noticeable. We immediately called the restaurant and even shared photos, expecting them to at least listen and check the issue. Instead, both the staff and the senior/manager spoke to us in a rude and arrogant manner. They didn't even try to understand our concern or consider that a mistake could have happened. Without properly listening to us, they kept insisting that every burger contains 25g of sauce and that "this is the company's policy," despite the photos clearly showing otherwise. Instead of offering a solution, we were simply told to finish this order and that they would "take care of it next time." That's not how customer complaints should be handled. Everyone makes mistakes, and we would have understood if they had acknowledged the possibility and handled it professionally. What made this experience so disappointing was the complete lack of accountability, empathy, and respect shown by both the staff and the senior person. Customer service is just as important as the food, and unfortunately, this experience failed on both.”
