“My recent experience was a bit disappointing. The menu and product offerings don’t seem to be updated consistently across different platforms, which led me to order items that were actually unavailable. Keeping menus synchronized would help avoid unnecessary confusion and inconvenience for customers. Another thing I noticed is that what once felt like a personally involved, passion-driven business now appears to be more outsourced and operational. While that may help with scaling, it also takes away some of the uniqueness and personal touch that originally made this place stand out. For me, that was a significant reason to keep coming back, and its absence makes me less inclined to revisit.”
