“Wrost experience no customer response And cheese cake is not proper”

“Had ordered a 2 kg chocolate addition truffle cake for the birthday party and got the attached plain cake with no decoration at all. The store manager was not willing to accept this fault. ( he kept telling that I wasn't asked to do any decoration). We have always been getting some amount of decoration when we have ordered earlier. Tell me is this worthy of being called a birthday cake? They couldn't rectify it as the cake comes from other area and store ppl have 0 knowledge on cake.The customer care didn't help either Disappointed”
