“its disheartening to say that nini’s was one of my go-to place. I ordered seven mini cake tubs, and unfortunately, four of the sodas or what idk had burst inside the packaging. The entire box was completely soaked and messy, which ruined a large part of my order. What’s more disappointing is that I tried reaching out to customer care immediately, but even after two days, there has been no response at all. As a regular customer, I expected better service and accountability. This experience was extremely disheartening, and I hope the team takes customer support more seriously going forward 🙏”
