“There is a lady at this Gurukul road shop. She is very rude and illogical. I requested her to cut a chocolate pastry into 2 coz I've 2 small kids. She refused cutting the pastry into 2 parts. There was no reason though. Also she was so rude when I asked about puff. If by 11am things are not ready, they should close the outlet I believe. Very bad experience. Will never ever visit this shop again”
