There is absolutely no effort to present the product in a way that matches modern hygiene or quality standards. It reflects poorly on your brand and shows a complete lack of attention to customer experience. 2. *No Cutlery or Basic Courtesy*: It is shocking that you expect customers to eat kulfi without providing a dish or spoon. There is no sense of professionalism in serving a frozen dessert without the most basic cutlery. This is not just inconvenient - it’s unacceptable for any food business in 2026. 3. *Overall Experience*: For a brand with your name, I expected at least a minimum standard of service. Instead, I was left highly disappointed. There are many better options in the city that understand packaging, hygiene, and customer service. I will not be purchasing from Asharfi Kulfi again, nor will I recommend it to anyone until these basic issues are fixed.
