“We reached the restaurant at 20:30 PM and got our table around 20:45PM. I completely understand that it was a busy Sunday, so the waiting time for seating was acceptable. We ordered Chicken Chowmein, Chicken Manchurian, and Prawns Fried Rice. Even after waiting for 2hr 30min, we received only two of dishes. Every time we followed up, the lady at the reception kept saying that our order was getting ready. Later, when we asked about the Prawns Fried Rice, she informed us that it was unavailable, even though another staff member had confirmed it was available when we placed the order. We eventually realized that our order had been served to another table. It wasn’t the waiting that disappointed us-it was the lack of communication and poor order management. If the staff is unable to handle the rush during peak hours, the restaurant should consider adding more staff and improving coordination. That would make the overall dining experience much better.”
