“I recently hosted a lunch for 10 people at Hotel 9/11, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The food was served cold instead of hot, which affected the overall dining experience. One of the cheese dishes we ordered was burnt on top, while parts of it were still undercooked, showing a lack of quality control in the kitchen. Overall, the food quality was far below expectations. Since I was hosting a gathering, I had expected much better service and food standards. Sadly, the experience was unsatisfactory and left both me and my guests disappointed. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and consistency of the food served in the future.”
